Doug has been driving innovation in the supply chain for nearly 20 years. In his role as COO at ContentBridge, Doug is charged with overseeing the company’s sales and operations efforts, key account management, and scaling the organization.

Prior to ContentBridge, as a partner at PRTM (a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers) he led engagements in supply chain consulting across industries including media, aerospace, software, and pharmaceuticals. More recently he has lead major studio global supply chain efforts as EVP of Worldwide Operations at Paramount and VP of Global Studio Accounts at Technicolor.
With proven technical and business acumen, Doug has turned revolutionary concepts into commercial realities. Leading multi-faceted teams, with budgets ranging up to $450M, he has driven innovative global development from R&D and process transformation to production and delivery for industry leaders including Paramount, Technicolor, Disney, NBCUniversal, Baxter International, Microsoft, Northrop Grumman, Toyota, and Tyco Industries.

Doug has an MBA in Finance from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management, an MSEE in Communication Theory from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Physics from the University of Akron. He is a published author and accomplished speaker, having addressed many professional gatherings including events put on by MESA and the EMA.

Steven Chester brings a broad perspective and in-depth expertise to his role at Akamai. In his current position, Chester guides Akamai’s strategic direction in the distribution of digital media by the film industry. Working closely with the major studios, such as 20th Century Fox, Paramount, Disney and Sony Pictures as well as distribution outlets such as Netflix and Best Buy, Chester guides the development of Akamai solutions that benefit the entire digital distribution workflow from post-production to consumer experience.

Chester most recently served as Vice President and General Manager Worldwide at Blink Digital where he oversaw operations for the company’s Los Angeles and New York facilities, including the creative and technical teams who produce Blu-ray discs, interactive media and digital media experiences for clients. Chester has also held positions as a senior executive at SLAM Management, and was the founder and CEO of Digital Planet, a producer of groundbreaking entertainment webcasts. He has served as a DEG Committee Member as well as MESA Contributor.

Chester is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, and received both a film certificate and an MBA from New York University and ESADE University in Barcelona, Spain.

Susan Cheng leads Product Master Data Governance for physical and digital distribution across home entertainment at Warner Bros. She has key supplier relationship management responsibilities and directly oversees master data management, including intellectual property designations and data quality.

Prior to her master data role, Susan led Category Sourcing teams for marketing and supply chain across the studio. Before joining Warner Bros. in 2006, Susan was the Director of Strategic Procurement for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and Neutrogena, heading up a bi-coastal direct materials sourcing organization. Prior to that, she spent several years with The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble, all in supply chain and sourcing optimization functions.

Jay Reinbold is SVP, Category Management Worldwide at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. His responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic category plans for key retailers, the development and maintenance of a dynamic data warehouse system to support retail analytics and identify market trends in the DVD, Digital Video and Videogame categories.

Reinbold joined Warner Bros. in 1998 with the launch of the Category Management department during the critical transition from VHS to DVD. Today, Warner Bros. is partnered with major retailers around the world focused on the omni-channel consumer.
