Gleeson is Senior VP of Business Development at MOD Systems, an industry-leading provider of digital media delivery systems for retailers. Previously, Gleeson served as Managing Partner and Founder of TargetPath LLC, a consulting company providing management, strategic planning and business development consulting to digital signage, specialty display and out-of-home media clients.

Gleeson has also served as VP of Business Development and GM of the Coolsign digital signage business at Planar Systems Inc., and as founder and president of ActiveLight and CineLight, national value-added distributors that were among the first distributors of Plasma and large LCD monitors in the US.
