Ben has extensive experience in supply-chain management from Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, Vision Information Services and in his current position with Sony DADC. At Buena Vista he was VP of North American Operations including; manufacturing, distribution, customer service and IT Ben is considered a pioneer and innovator of industry VMI processes and trading terms. At Fox as EVP of Global Operations, he led the surgence of TCFHE as an award winning consumer product company. While with Vision, Ben guided new business development which included development of the systems supporting VMI in video, music and other consumer product sectors along with aggregation management including supplier consortiums at Best Buy and others.

While at Disney and Fox, Ben lead supply-chain teams that garnered 13 “Vendor of the Year” awards at several North American mass merchants and implemented the first VMI programs in Europe and the Pacific Rim.

In Ben’s current role at Sony DADC he is leading aggregation strategies across all Sony divisions and supply-chain accounts.
