Rob Salter

 Rob joined the Woolworths Group in 1982 as a Management Trainee, progressing to occupy senior industry positions including, Head of Sales and Marketing at EUK and Managing Director of Handleman UK . His period with Handleman UK began in December 2000 as Commercial Director and he was promoted to MD in Feb 2001.In 2005 Salter and his family relocated to Bentonville, Arkansas in the US, to take up the position of Group Vice President, Wal-Mart and Global Sourcing with Handleman Company.
Before joining Tesco last year, he returned to EUK as Sales and Marketing Director, and prior to that spent 6 months as CEO of Blueprint Digital, following a return to the UK from the US.

Aodan Coburn is Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (SPHE), a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Coburn supervises all global operations activity in support of sales and marketing of packaged media (Blu-ray Disc™, DVD, UMD and VHS) as well as a staff of over 200 encompassing all aspects of SPHE’s global supply chain.
In his previous role as Senior Vice President, International Operations, Coburn developed a global supply strategy for SPHE, and oversaw the integration of SPHE and MGM Home Entertainment.
Having worked in the home entertainment industry for over 20 years, Mr. Coburn’s accomplishments include launching the DVD format in 24 countries around the world, negotiating joint ventures key emerging markets, and brokering high-profile licensing deals.
Prior to joining Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (then Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment) in 1988, Mr. Coburn worked at Rank Video Services in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Coburn holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Studies and an M.A. from Trinity College, Dublin in Ireland.

As Executive Vice President for Deluxe Digital Studios, Peter Staddon has seen the production of over 1000 Blu-ray sku’s over the last 18 months. Prior to working at Deluxe, Peter spent a decade working as Executive Vice President of Marketing for Twentieth Century fox Home Entertainment where he oversaw the introduction and development of the DVD format. This unique experience helps him bring an invaluable perspective to the development and the promotion of the Blu-ray format.
