As the number of entertainment delivery platforms continues to expand, an increasing emphasis is being placed on making premium content available across the multitude of new digital platforms, whether free, paid for or ad-funded.  This presentation by Tom Moran, Senior Director Media & Entertainment, Savvis will discuss the current challenges of managing content libraries in the digital world and distributing to the ever growing number of service providers.  He will review the current approach to the digital supply chain and also look to the future and debate the benefits of a more simplified, more efficient model.  The concept of the “cyber locker” will be evaluated in detail and its implications on cost savings/speed and increased customer satisfaction will be assessed.
