Based in Sonic’s London office, Sam is Director of Product Management for Sonic’s Professional Products Group.  With over eight years experience in the DVD and Blu-ray Disc production industry, Sam’s previous responsibilities have included Senior Product Manager, and Manager of Sonic’s European Operations.  Having overseen the design and development of the industry’s best selling Blu-ray Disc encoding solution – Sonic CineVision – Sam is widely regarded as one of the industry’s leading authorities on premium content video encoding.  Most recently, Sam has been responsible for Sonic’s 3DAccess program which has given professional facilities across the authoring community early access and direct input into the development of Sonic’s Blu-ray 3D professional toolset.
