She specializes in large scale business transformations  aimed at achieving significant improvements in shareholder value. She has led both global and European transformation projects for some of the world’s largest companies in Media, Telecom and Consumer Business. Maureen’s specialities include design and implementation of Tax optimised business models, Supply Chain strategy, process redesign  programmes to improve efficiency and achieve cost reduction for large multi-nationals.
