Will Law is a Principal Architect within the Media Engineering group at Akamai. He has been involved with streaming media on the web for the last decade with a strong focus on client-side development and wrote many of the early connection frameworks that still drive much of the traffic flowing over Akamai today, including OVP, HDCore and OSMF. He has a current focus on MPEG DASH and HTTP delivery, mobile media, connected devices and security. Law is a founding board member of DASH Industry Forum, holds Masters degrees in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA and has worked previously for Adobe, VitalStream and a series of five engineering and media-related startups.

Jay Reinbold is SVP, Category Management Worldwide at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. His responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic category plans for key retailers, the development and maintenance of a dynamic data warehouse system to support retail analytics and identify market trends in the DVD, Digital Video and Videogame categories.

Reinbold joined Warner Bros. in 1998 with the launch of the Category Management department during the critical transition from VHS to DVD. Today, Warner Bros. is partnered with major retailers around the world focused on the omni-channel consumer.

Prior to the 16 years at Warner Bros., Reinbold spent five years with Universal Studios. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California. Reinbold currently serves as chair for the Digital Entertainment Group’s Research committee.

Mark Teitell is General Manager of the Digital Entertainment Content Ecosystem (DECE) – an alliance of approximately 85 companies, including many of the world’s top studios, technology providers, device makers and entertainment retailers. DECE created and is operating UltraViolet™ – a groundbreaking home entertainment industry standard that empowers consumers to use the “cloud” to enjoy their movie and TV show collections anytime, anywhere.

Teitell, who began working with DECE in 2009 and was named GM in February, 2010, works closely with alliance member companies to accelerate the adoption of UltraViolet. His GM role spans strategy, product development, marketing, finance, and operations functions.

With deep industry knowledge spanning the media, communications and consumer technology value chains, Teitell has specialized expertise in physical and digital home entertainment, multi-channel and overt-the-top video services, and emerging home video devices, as well as within related mobile industry spaces. Prior to his work with UltraViolet, he served as a consulting partner at Oliver Wyman, where he advised senior media and consumer technology executives on next-generation business models and new digital consumer offerings.

Previously, he was a member of Sprint PCS’ launch management team during its national build-out and launch. He has also held senior management roles within several venture-funded new media start-ups. His early career training included roles at PepsiCo and McKinsey & Company.

Teitell has presented at a number of leading industry events, including the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the National Association of Broadcasters’ NAB Show and Digital Hollywood, among others.

Teitell holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.D. Kellogg School of Management, where he graduated with distinction and was named an F.C. Austin Scholar. He is also a graduate of Brown University.
